Payment delays lead to disconnection from the network and higher costs for you.
According to the legislation, the costs of disconnection, reconnection and penalties for delays will be paid by the customer.

This is how you do not save:

  • Get invoice and check maturity.
  • You have 15 days to pay for the electricity bill.
  • After the due date penalties are calculated until payment and disconnection notice is issued.
  • If you pay during the period of notice of disconnection for non-payment, you have the obligation that within two days of payment, but before the cut off time for non-payment, to send us the copy of the document through which you make proof of the payment, in order to avoid interruption of the electrical supply.
  • If you have not made the payment within 45 days after due date, the disconnection will take place given the order of disconnection. Payments made after the date of issuance of the order of disconnection will not prevent disconnection.
  • Reconnection shall be made only after payment of legal fee for disconnection / reconnection services.
  • The value of service charges for disconnection / reconnection is between 268 and 558 lei (depending on where the disconnection is made).
  • Because it was in this situation, on reconnection, the client will be charged with a guarantee - an amount equal to the value of electricity consumption for a period between 30 and 90 days.

Resumption of power supply for the consumer after interruption for unpaid invoices is made within two working days following the full payment to the supplier of the bill, penalties and expenses created due to suspension and resumption of the electrical supply.
If the consumer does not pay within 60 days after the interruption of electricity supply, all the penalties due, the supplier has the right to terminate the contract for electricity supply, then recover amounts due under the law in force.
